This page explains what happens after you order from CBCGLASSES: shipping, returns, lens remakes and warranty coverage. The terms below are the same ones shown on the product page and in the cart.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 to most countries. Below that threshold the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, prescription eyewear included. Message us from the contact page with your order number; once the return is approved, return shipping is on us.

Free Lens Remake

If your lenses do not suit you, ask within 30 days of delivery and we remake the lenses at no cost.

One-Year Coating Warranty

Lens coatings carry a limited one-year warranty from delivery. Send us your order number and we will tell you exactly what that order covers.

First-Week Adaptation

Progressive and free-form lenses take a few days to feel normal. Support through the first seven days after delivery is included: tell us what you see and we adjust the fitting advice or the lens.
