At the heart of CBC's durability is our proprietary chemical formulation, developed in the Texas Lightarc laboratory.
Rejecting off-the-shelf solutions, we engineer every molecular bond for superior adhesion and daily-wear resilience.
Lenses are automatically cleaned with chemical solvents, then coated with our independently developed hard coating solution.
The process passes through 22 solution tanks over 45 minutes, followed by a 2-hour oven bake.
